Shipping in the UAE is genuinely complicated. The country covers a large area, courier pricing varies significantly between emirates, and many small businesses end up charging different rates based on location — or just baking the cost into product prices.
We didn't want to do that.
AED 12 flat, everywhere
Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain — same price as Dubai. Whether your manga order is heading to a villa in Jumeirah, an apartment in Abu Dhabi, or a home in Sharjah, you pay the same AED 12. We think that's fair, and we think it makes ordering simpler and more predictable for manga fans across the UAE.
How we make it work
We absorb the difference for longer-haul deliveries within the UAE. It means our margin on some orders is tighter. That's a trade-off we've chosen to make because we believe consistency matters more than squeezing every dirham.
Cash on delivery is available
We know not everyone uses online payment, and trust is something that's earned over time. COD gives you the option to pay when your order arrives. Simple as that — whether you're in Dubai or any other emirate.
Free shipping threshold
We've looked at it. We may introduce free shipping on larger orders in the future. For now, AED 12 applies to every order regardless of size, anywhere in the UAE.
